About Me

A little thing called Pinterest...

My name is Lisa Nicholas and I am a San Diego county native who happens to be obsessed with deco mesh!

My love/hate relationship with deco mesh started with Pinterest.  Pinterest is both good and evil - good because it shows me endless DIY projects, that i could be spending every waking minute outside my 9-5 job working on and Evil  because of the same reason.  There isn't enough time in the day to do all the wonderful things i want to do!

One day while browsing some 4th of July decorations, I came across a wreath.  Not just an ordinary wreath, but a "deco mesh" wreath.  I had never seen anything like it before.  "What is this?" I said to myself.  "I must have it!"  I clicked on the visit button and the rest is history.  After a few tutorials, i have been hooked ever since!

Let me tell you a little bit about deco mesh.  it is a pliable, woven plastic fabric that is waterproof and weathers well.  Like all things, it will eventually fade over time in direct sunlight.  The edges may fray (such is the nature of the material), but nothing a quick trim can't fix.  I wire or zip tie the embellishments in place so that they last.  Occasionally I may use a high temperature hot glue to affix additional items to the mesh.

I would like to share my new "hobby" with you.   I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!  Please feel free to contact me for prices on any of the items you see and come back often to see new wreaths.  I am able to deliver locally.
